George is a Master Chef, father of two, and former Lake Side Supper Club owner in Montgomery, Minnesota. When George is not cooking up an amazing food dish, you can find him working with clay and creating fine pottery, biking, gardening, traveling, and being with his friends and family.

On George’s bronze plaque, you will find a casting of his hand covered in gold leaf and surrounded by a heart. This symbolizes his gratitude for his hands in doing his work and his passion for cooking and creating. Fun fact: the texture on the background is from packaging that was around each piece of fruit in a box that George was using at his restaurant!
