Sophia was young, creative, and helpful when she made her plaque. Sophie is the youngest of three girls and it is a joy to watch her grow and mature as an adult! As a child, Sophia created her narrative plaque with an apple tree orchard that represented her family; as you can see the trees turn into people in the reflection on the pond! She has hearts and a paintbrush marking the pond’s circumference, with a gecko on the paintbrush helping her draw! Sophia’s frame is a keyboard, for she loves music and plays guitar and keyboard.

Sophia was a Mighty Helper and helped the Elders in creating the North side of the plaques. Sophia has recently (2023 summer) helped with the team that created the sign for the Tower and is working at Praha Village Senior Living in New Prague this summer. Sophia will be going back to the University of Minnesota Duluth this fall (2023) to work on her degree in Human Biology.
