Macey text me, “I’m studying abroad over in Italy so I won’t be able to make it on September 14 to the opening, but I think the rest of my family is planning on coming.” You see, I was Macey’s art teacher at Elementry School and she knows that I will be so excited about what she is going to see and experience in ITALY! It is an art capital! Macey loved art in school! As a young person, she loved to dance and have 5 different skirts for all of her sisters (5 daughters in the family)! She also loved boating with her family and on her plaque, you will see on her bronze plaque a “blinged out Hagar speed boat” and the tow rope encircling the plaque as a frame, towing a two-seat blow-up to ride on!

Macey went to New Prague High School and graduated in 2022. Now she is at the University of St. Thomas studying Exercise Science and then planning on going to chiropractic school when she graduates from St. Thomas.
